Die dag op de tech support afdeling….
I got an email:
BOB MY PASSWORD IS NOT WORKING!!!!
So I mailed back:
THAT IS BECAUSE YOUR CAPS LOCK IS ON!!!!
She replied:
Damn it. Why don’t I know these things?
Customer: I can’t remember my password.
Me: I can’t give it out directly for security reasons, but here’s a hint: it starts with the number 9.
Customer: OH!!! Is it ‘woodwork’?
